Allan, founder of Health Innovations Australia, is a qualified Physiotherapist and Physical Educationalist with extra qualifications in Ergonomics, Acupuncture, Breathing and Sleep and Recovery.
He has developed scientifically based workshops to promote better health and longevity.
The HIA workshops Breathe into Balance, Sleep well, be Well. Breathe for Health and Longevity Secrets are unique and consequently not available from other companies. They enable people to ‘cut through’ the huge amount of health advice and highlight the non-negotiables, the must do’s, to enhance health.
They are applicable to elite athletes and people with high expectations from their training.
Also, very applicable to seniors (middle age being around 42 y.o.) who are serious about better exercise or seek better health and are not sure where to begin.
